For those who have given up including dairy products in their diet, vegan cheese is a godsend and a great alternative for your favorite dishes. What you need to make Vegan Cheese:
- 1 1 /2 cups Soy Milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
- 3 tbs almond meal
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 3 tbs grapeseed oil (or oil of choice)
- 2 tbs agar agar powder (mixed with 1/2 cup + 2 tbs boiling water)
- 2 tbs miso paste
- 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
