Almond Milk – Alternative to Cow’s Milk

Almond milk has long been causing a positive storm in the health food world as a great alternative to cow’s milk. As more and more people are finding themselves intolerant to lactose or seeking healthier lifestyles, cow’s milk is becoming unfashionable and alternatives such as almond milk, coconut milk and even soy milk are taking center stage. Not only is almond milk good for you, packed with nutrients and energy, it also tastes great on your cereal and in your coffee and can form part of an alkaline diet.
