Hotel Mousai and Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico will be offering guests the opportunity to join JUNE WELLNESS 2016, a month-long event dedicated to wellbeing hosted by Spa Imagine and Mindful Habits.
Following the success of last year’s June Wellness retreat, Spa Imagine in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico will be offering guests staying at Hotel Mousai and Garza Blanca Resort another opportunity to allocate some “me” time, with a program dedicated to inspiring balance, beauty and abundance for a happier, healthier you. The 30-day wellness awareness program hosted by Spa Imagine in collaboration with Mindful Habits and invited specialists in the field of fitness, nutrition, personal growth, meditation, yoga and wellbeing will be offered throughout the month of June, 2016 at the Puerto Vallarta hotels.
Building on experiences from last year, June Wellness will run from June 1st until June 30th, guided on a weekly basis. Guests staying at either of the hotels located on the Garza Blanca nature preserve will be able to take part in a host of wellness-focussed activities with the option to purchase a tailored June Wellness Retreat Package that aims to inspire guests on all levels of the mind, body, spirit and material world.
“I am feeling really inspired about June Wellness 2016. I can’t reveal just yet who our guest speakers will be, but I can promise guests that it is going to be a really wonderful month full of rich experiences for the mind, body, and spirit,” explains Rosa Contreras, Spa Imagine’s manager and coordinator of the event.
Last year’s June Wellness welcomed the internet sensation, Yovana Mendoza (Rawvana) who is a YouTube and Instagram celebrity dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles through adopting a raw food diet. Yovana Mendoza ran workshops on raw food and led a fun “cooking” class, joined by guests at the hotels and local fans who came especially to see her. The OM Experience, starring Olivia Cecchettini and Matt Huz from San Diego, led yoga classes accompanied by live music and curated DJ sets, in addition to a host of other special guests who joined the event, such as guided meditation experts, nutritionists, yoga teachers and alternative healing therapists.
This year’s event, which is dedicated to being the “best you ever,” will be equally if not more inspiring than the last, building on feedback received from guests and all the contributors who joined the retreat in 2015.
